When we're in Boothbay Harbor we always make sure that we travel down Ocean Point Road and try to have dinner at the Inn. I have to say that our dinner there was one of the most memorable we've had in a long time. I had jumbo shrimp in a very light cream sauce over linguine along with the salad. Everything was cooked perfectly and we had a window seat over the ocean. Hubby had the lobster scallops and shrimp scampi over Linguini and it was very very good too. Again that was cooked perfectly and your service is outstanding period makes for such a nice end of the day and to watch the sunset. We will be back many times I hope
A really lovely place. The food is basic, but good. The view is marvelous, the staff friendly and attentive. They had a good singer that evening too!
Perfect getaway spot. Cozy and comfy. Restaurant is pricey, but worth it for special dinners. There are plenty of great places to eat in the area with all price ranges.
Ocean point has everything you need. This is my second time visiting and it's even better than I remember. Lots of room options and the restaurant is great. Get here by car or boat and you can't beat the views or proximity to Boothbay Harbor.
It was nice, clean, friendly and quiet. Beautiful ocean view, comfortable rooms, great wi-fi. Restaurant had a well balanced menu, and decent prices.
